Mr. Ken Towery, I would like to thank you and your staff at store # 24. Today I received what I would call excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable staff. My Ford 07’ Escape is having problems with the rims rotting out. Your staff took the time to show me the damage and discuss at great lengths what was causing it. The service did not come from just one shining star but the entire shop. I would like recognized Chris, Andy, Brett and Kenneth, there were two other gentlemen working but I did not get their names. All were clean cut and very courteous and seemed to actually really care about my problem. I have used Ken Towery for years now and have only been let down once. Pretty good record if you ask me. Thank you again for employing smart friendly people at your store.

I appreciated Andy taking the time to show me the damaged spark plug wires and the old oxygen sensor. I haven't been to many auto centers that take the time to show you what's causing the problem. Treated me with courteous, friendly service. Don in customer service explained all the repairs and was very helpful. He is a true gentleman and an asset to your business!

Being a mechanic myself I'am always concerned when taking my vehicle to a shop to have work done, that I do not have the equiptment to do the work myself. Scotty, Joe, Mark, Eric, Steve and everyone else were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Tires and alignment check were done the way I would have done it. No high pressure or scare tactics either. Excellent service, people and facility.

I have only had good experiences at this location. The thing I appreciate most is the up front, respectful manner in which I am treated. I never worry that I am trying to be sold on a service that is not reqquired. And in addition to that I always leave with a clear understanding of what was completed. Being in the customer service field myself, I appreciate great service and always want it recognized!
